If you’re excited about building something meaningful at scale and solvingreal-world problems, youʼll find yourself at home at Virohan.What you’ll be responsible for?Manage the Finance & Accounts function for Virohan:Set up and manage the finance function across general accounting, banking, taxation, compliances / audits, and MIS / reportingManage accounting operations at a corporate level including owning billing & collection at training campuses, Cost Accounting,Revenue Recognition and Cash ManagementTake ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the companyLiaison with auditors and take ownership for audit & due diligence closuresOwn month end and year end closing processes.Ensure development of effective taxation strategies and plans, implement and monitor their effectiveness to minimize the tax burdenBuild Systems and Processes for ScaleHire, train, monitor & coach teams in the Finance Org to build a high performance cultureBuild effective control systems in a rapidly evolving and highly dynamic start-up environment, without constraining the growth potential of the companyCreate a framework for financial risk assessment, strengthen internal controls and assist in process improvement.Automation & Product DevelopmentWork with product team to implement finance operations, reports and features.
