Air Liquide Business Services is hiring a Director, GBS Treasury to lead our regional treasury transformation across APAC & AMEI.In this executive role, you will direct cash management, short-term funding, foreign exchange (FX) hedging, and banking governance across multi-country entities while accelerating digital automation within our Global Business Services (GBS) hubs.👥 Team Leadership & ScopeDirect Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional team of 25 treasury professionals (Managers, Supervisors, Analysts) across our APAC and GCCI hubs.Organizational Impact: Optimize workload balancing, career pathways, and talent cultivation across matrixed, multi-country environments.🎯 Key Metrics & Performance ExpectationsCash Forecast Accuracy: Drive precision across daily/weekly cash flow forecasting models.Operational SLA Target: Achieve ≥98% compliance on bank reconciliations, payment execution, and period-end closes.Digital Automation: Elevate straight-through processing (STP) rates via ERP/TMS upgrades, RPA, and process mining.Risk & Controls: Maintain zero high-risk internal audit findings and zero fraud incidents across all operational workflows.Qualifications12+ years in corporate treasury, financial operations, or cash management.5–6+ years leading multi-country treasury teams within a Shared Services (SSC/GBS) or Global Capability Center.Certifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CCM preferred.Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP/ERP platforms, and modern automation tools.
