Vice President, Global Logistics & TradeLocation: Costa Mesa, CA or Southern California Area (Hybrid)Travel: Approximately 25%+ Global TravelCompensation: $200,000 - $300,000 Base Salary)Bonus: 30% Annual Incentive Target + 15% RSU Long-Term Incentive ProgramWe are seeking a strategic and transformational Vice President, Global Logistics & Trade to lead and modernize global logistics, fulfillment, trade compliance, and distribution operations for a rapidly growing technology-driven manufacturing organization.This executive leader will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year global logistics strategy that supports continued growth, enhances customer experience, optimizes costs, and strengthens operational scalability.This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing global logistics operations, international trade, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and third-party logistics partnerships while building a world-class logistics framework to support future expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a global logistics and trade strategy aligned with long-term business growth objectivesCreate a scalable 5-year roadmap to support expanding global operations and customer demandLead transformation initiatives across logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and trade compliance functionsEstablish operational frameworks, governance models, and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and performanceGlobal Logistics & Network OptimizationLead global transportation, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operationsEvaluate and optimize domestic and international logistics networksManage relationships with global third-party logistics (3PL) providers and distribution partnersImprove service levels, inventory flow, delivery performance, and cost efficiencySupport global sourcing and supply chain initiatives across multiple international regionsTrade Compliance & International OperationsProvide executive oversight of global trade compliance programsEnsure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade lawsLead logistics strategy and operational execution throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, India, and additional global marketsAssess the impact of trade regulations, tariffs, and geopolitical conditions on supply chain operationsOperational ExcellenceEstablish KPI-driven performance management systems and reporting structuresLead regular business reviews utilizing analytics, operational metrics, and performance dataPartner with Planning, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to improve supply chain performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyTeam LeadershipLead and develop a high-performing global logistics organizationAssess organizational capabilities and implement strategic talent and structural improvementsProvide leadership to a team of approximately 20-25 professionals across logistics, warehousing, compliance, certification, and engineering support functionsFoster a collaborative, data-driven, and customer-focused cultureTechnology & Digital TransformationPartner with IT and systems leaders to modernize logistics capabilitiesDrive adoption of supply chain technologies, analytics platforms, automation tools, and process improvementsLeverage ERP and logistics systems to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-makingQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics, supply chain, transportation, or trade complianceProven success developing and executing global logistics strategiesExtensive experience supporting international operations and complex global supply chainsDeep expertise managing global 3PL relationships and transportation providersDemonstrated success leading logistics or supply chain transformation initiativesStrong experience building, developing, and restructuring teamsExpertise in KPI development, operational excellence, and performance managementExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredMBA or advanced degreeExperience within electronics, technology, industrial manufacturing, automation, or similarly regulated industriesKnowledge of supplier development, contract manufacturing, sourcing, and global procurement practicesExperience supporting operations across Europe, United Kingdom, Latin America, and IndiaOracle ERP experience preferredLeadership ProfileThe ideal candidate is a strategic, highly analytical executive who can balance long-term vision with operational execution.
