He/ she is accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Group's financial records across all entities and jurisdictions. The role leads accounting operations, financial control, statutory reporting, process excellence, and accounting transformation activities to ensure the finance function can effectively support the Group's rapid growth and international expansion.Some of the key accountabilities are as follows:Lead and oversee the Group's accounting activities across all entities and jurisdictions.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.Maintain and govern Group Accounting Policies and IFRS compliance.Establish and maintain robust Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).Drive audit readiness and support external and internal audits.Drive ERP optimization, automation and digital finance initiatives.Establish accounting frameworks for new international entities and markets.Support market entry, M&A, joint ventures and restructuring initiatives from an accounting perspective.Lead and develop the Group Accounting team.Drive a high-performance culture focused on quality, controls and continuous improvement.Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance is desirable.15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.Minimum 7 years in a senior controllership or finance leadership role.Experience in large multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction organizations.Proven experience in finance transformation and process improvement.Strong IFRS and statutory reporting expertise.Experience supporting international expansion, M&A and complex business growth.GCC/MENA experience preferred.
