Director - Health Sciences

QualificationsA Post Graduation Degree from a well recognized University / Institution preferably in the discipline of Allopathy, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Dental, and Allied Health Sciences.Ph.D. Degree in same relevant field from a well recognized University / Institution.ANDMinimum 20 years of teaching / research experience out of which at least 5 years as Professor / equivalent pay level.Desirable: Experience in clinical practice, policy-making, accreditation, administration & international collaboration is preferred. Strong publication and research record is a must.ResponsibilitiesOversee Curriculum Design, Implementation, and review across all Health Sciences & Allied Health Sciences related Programs like UG, PG, Ph.D. & Other Health Science Skill Based Courses for practical exposure.Ensure Academic Quality, Faculty Development, and Student-Centered Learning.Facilitate inter-professional education and interdisciplinary collaboration.Promote research culture and innovation in public health, clinical science, allied health, and biomedical fields.Ensure the compliance of all programs with relevant regulatory bodies.Manage budgets, infrastructure, faculty recruitment, and HR policies.Represent the institution in national/international bodies and healthcare councils.Forge partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, industry, and international universities.Promote community-based health programs and student outreach.
