Director, HR Digital Transformation - Abu Dhabi Government Entity

Role PurposeThe Director, HR Digital Transformation will lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy, driving the modernization of HR processes, systems, and service delivery. The role will enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness through technology, automation, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the HR digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.Lead the modernization and continuous improvement of HR operating models, processes, and services.Drive innovation and digital adoption across the HR function.HR Technology & AutomationOversee the implementation, optimization, and governance of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and learning systems.Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure effective system integration and delivery.Identify opportunities for automation and self-service solutions across the employee lifecycle.Workforce Analytics & ReportingEstablish HR analytics and workforce intelligence capabilities to support strategic decision-making.Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with applicable regulations.Transformation & Change ManagementLead large-scale HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation.Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital capability within HR.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR technology and transformation.Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and key stakeholders.Lead and develop HR transformation and HR technology teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as PMP, or SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.Experience12+ years of experience in HR, Digital Transformation, HR Technology, or Organizational Transformation.Proven experience leading enterprise-wide HR transformation and technology implementation projects.Experience within government, semi-government, or large organizations is preferred.Strong track record in change management, process improvement, and digital strategy execution.This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of the organization's commitment to supporting national talent development and Emiratization initiatives.
