Director, Information Technology (IT) – LATAM

We are seeking a Director of Information Technology – LATAM to lead the region's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives. As the Director of IT LATAM, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional technology roadmap while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations. You will partner closely with business leaders and global technology teams to deliver solutions that accelerate business performance and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the LATAM IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.Lead regional digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, AI, and analytics to improve business performance.Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and service delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across the region.Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions that drive productivity and efficiency.Lead the planning and execution of technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.Strengthen governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance practices while ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.Drive data and analytics capabilities that enable better decision-making and visibility across the organization.Build, develop, and lead high-performing IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage strategic relationships with vendors, technology partners, and global IT stakeholders.What We're Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including regional or multi-country responsibilities.Proven experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation programs.Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise applications, and IT governance.Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Languages: english (advanced)Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to shape the future of technology across LATAM while partnering directly with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence
