With its avant -garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave -shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail -inspired Jumeirah Burj Al ArabAbout the JobThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Develop and execute the Business Unit IT strategy in alignment with Group IT objectives, ensuring effective governance, SLAs, and quality standards.Partner with Group IT to implement hotel systems, operational technologies, and enterprise architecture initiatives that drive innovation and business efficiency.Oversee the security, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems to support operational needs and future growth.Act as the key liaison with Group IT, providing input on business requirements, managing escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of critical IT issues.Lead the delivery of seamless IT support services for colleagues and guests, ensuring high service levels, business continuity, and user satisfaction.Manage and develop the IT team through performance management, coaching, and professional development while providing strategic IT guidance across the Business Unit.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification.Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).10+ years of IT leadership experience.Hospitality industry or blue-chip organization experience preferred.Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
