Director, Investment Banking Advisory

OverviewDue to business growth and continued expansion in the region, an established bank is seeking to hire a Director - Investment Banking Advisory candidate under the Corporate Finance Solutions department to drive business growth through advisory solutions to key corporates in Greater China.Role ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Corporate Banking department to Originate and promote various Investment Banking Advisory solutions.Be responsible for the pitching and structuring, documentation, due diligence, roadshow and syndication / book building of mandated transactions etc.Originate and promote various Sector banking advisory expertise in addition to Structured and Corporate Finance and Syndication solutions. To collaborate with various internal stakeholders / teams including Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Global Markets and Legal.Ensure compliance of business activities meet regulatory requirements.RequirementsMaster's degree from a reputable universityAt least 12 years in Investment Banking / Sector Banking Advisory related experience with top tier PRC clients.Strong origination, credit, client management skills with relationships with senior contacts for both corporate and financial institutions.Holds a high standard of integrity and professional standards with strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to cross-sell hedging solutions (interest and currency).Energetic, driven, adaptable and a team player to work well with cross border teamsStrong communication skills in Mandarin, English, Cantonese is mandatoryIf you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and is interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung with your CV to engage in a confidential discussion.
