Employment Type: Full-time | Leadership + Hands-onRole OverviewWe are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations.

The ideal candidate should be both strategically strong and hands-on with enterprise IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management.Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle.Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure.Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery.Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements.Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement.Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps.Required Skills12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support.Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security.Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance.Strong leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
