WE’RE HIRING | DIRECTOR – MANAGEMENT STUDIES 🚨Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience: 10–15+ Years | Education IndustryQualification: MBA + PhD in Management MandatoryKEY MANDATORY CRITERIA✅ 10+ years of total experience in the education/academic sector✅ 3+ years of experience as a Professor✅ Current designation: Professor / Dean / HOD✅ PhD in Management – Mandatory✅ MBA – Mandatory✅ Minimum 2 successful PhD scholars guided as Supervisor✅ Minimum 8 research papers published in SCI / UGC / AICTE-approved journals✅ Strong understanding of UGC norms, academic regulations & accreditation processesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and oversee Management Studies and academic administration• Develop & implement academic programs, policies, and quality standards• Drive research, publications, and PhD supervision• Mentor and develop faculty members• Ensure compliance with UGC and regulatory requirements• Manage academic resources, budgets, and institutional initiatives• Strengthen industry-academia collaboration and external partnerships• Represent the University at academic, industry, and professional forums• Promote student success, innovation, and overall academic excellenceIDEAL PROFILEWe are looking for an experienced academic administrator and thought leader with a strong record in teaching, research, PhD supervision, institutional leadership, and academic governance.
