About the RoleThe Director – Market Analytics and Contracts will lead commercial forecasting, market analytics, and contract management, leveraging data-driven insights to identify commercial opportunities and ensure agreements are aligned with KSIA’s strategic objectives and relevant regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead market research and benchmarking to assess global trends, commercial opportunities, and space utilization.Analyze passenger demographics, spending behavior, and route-level data to support concession selection, zoning, and pricing.Lead scenario analysis and commercial forecasting under different market conditions.Monitor commercial performance and identify contract risks, including underperformance, delayed payments, and expiring agreements.Develop commercial contract frameworks covering performance indicators, variable rent terms, and tenant service obligations.Support commercial contract structuring and negotiations through data-driven insights on leasing models, revenue sharing, and pricing.Monitor contract performance and develop financial models to support renewals and new commercial opportunities.Analyze regional and global airport markets to identify emerging commercial trends, concession formats, and potential partner profiles.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent is required. Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent, including at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
