Position OverviewKairos Pacific University is seeking a qualified and spiritually mature Academic Director to provide leadership and support for our Theological Studies programs.The Academic Director will work with the Vice President, deans, program directors, faculty, and staff to ensure strong academic programs, effective faculty coordination, and student success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership for Theological and leadership Studies programs Coordinate faculty, courses, schedules, and syllabi Support and guide faculty and teaching assistants Assist students with academic advising and concerns QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher; doctoral degree preferred Experience in higher education, theological education, or academic administration Experience in academic leadership, faculty coordination, or curriculum development Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with accreditation and online education Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:A committed Christian with strong spiritual maturity An experienced pastor, professor, theologian, or ministry leader Able to guide faculty and students effectively Organized, dependable, and collaborative Passionate about theological education and student success
