Director of Admissions

About the Role UGA (U Global Academy) is looking for a dynamic Director of Admissions to lead admissions, enrollment, and business growth across the GCC and India. We are seeking a passionate leader who thrives on driving impact, building strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious enrollment and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Admissions & Business DevelopmentOwn the complete admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment and onboarding.Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.Conduct consultations with parents and students for key enrollments.Build and manage partnerships with schools and institutions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and India.Train and mentor admissions teams to improve sales performance and product knowledge.Drive cross-selling opportunities across UniHawk's education services.Maintain CRM (Zoho) accuracy and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.Marketing & ProductPartner with the marketing team to drive lead generation through school outreach, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.Support the development of marketing collateral and provide market insights to improve campaigns.Work with academic teams to package programs, recommend pricing strategies, and ensure successful program delivery.OperationsEnsure timely lead follow-up and effective pipeline management.Monitor admissions KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and admissions best practices.Requirements: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is preferred.8–10 years of admissions, sales, or business development experience in an EdTech company (mandatory).Proven track record of achieving enrollment and revenue targets.Experience managing admissions teams and B2B partnerships.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Zoho.Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a strong advantage. Immediate Joiners Preferred
