Position Title: Senior Architect / Architectural Director (Developer / Client-Side)Target Asset Portfolio: Luxury Resorts & Signature Golf CommunitiesEmployment Type: Full-Time / ExecutiveExperience Level: 15–20 YearsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director Architect to act as the client-side design authority for premier real estate developments. Operating directly within the developer/asset-owner organization, this role will oversee design governance, master planning, and technical execution for multi-faceted luxury resorts and signature golf communities.The ideal candidate bridges high-level architectural design vision with rigorous project governance, driving external design consultancies while safeguarding owner objectives, budget constraints, and brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner & Developer Representation: Serve as the internal design lead representing the developer side, taking full ownership of the architectural vision from early master planning through construction.Consultant & Design Governance: Lead, evaluate, and direct top-tier international architecture firms, master planners, and engineering consultancies on behalf of the client.Resort & Golf Community Integration: Oversee the architectural design and spatial planning for signature golf clubhouses, luxury resort accommodations, residential villas, and leisure amenities.Operator & Brand Alignment: Work directly with luxury hotel operators to ensure all architectural plans satisfy operator brand standards, spatial guidelines, and operational requirements.Design Delivery & Quality Assurance: Conduct client-side design reviews, direct value engineering initiatives without compromising aesthetic intent, and resolve design risks throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications & Selection CriteriaEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited university. Professional architectural license/registration is preferred.Employer Context (Modality Requirement): Direct client-side experience working within a Real Estate Developer, Asset Owner, or Hotel Operator organization. Asset Expertise: 15 to 20 years of total architectural experience with a proven track record of delivering luxury resort developments, signature golf clubhouses, and golf-centric residential communities.Design Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary international consultancies, negotiate scope changes, and maintain high design integrity.Stakeholder Management: Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting design strategies directly to executive boards, investors, and local planning authorities.About Client: Our client is a prominent Saudi Arabia–based investment holding group managing a multi-sector portfolio that spans financial services, strategic real estate developments, asset-aligned growth platforms, and land banking across regional and international markets.
