We’re looking for experienced and hands-on Director of Business Development professionals with strong sales background from the recruiting/staffing industry who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, and winning team! This is a remote position.Duties/Responsibilities:New business development selling all lines of businessesCollaborate with leadership and team to build a positive and productive work environmentLead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing dealsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead-generation methodsDevelop and implement strategic plans to target key markets and potential clientsEngage with hiring managers across diverse industries to understand their staffing needs for both temporary and permanent positionsSchedule and conduct regular in-person or virtual client meetings to present solutions and build relationshipsBuild and nurture strong, long-term client relationships across various departments and organizational levelsConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targetsQualifications/Requirements:New business development / sales hunter experience from the staffing industryAble to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies as neededHas passion and skills for new business development (full sales process); with strong ability to network and grow relationships at all levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal & external contactsExcellent computer skills and tech savvyProficiency (or passion to learn) advancing technology with AI and recruitment/sales automationProficiency in data analysis and the ability to use reporting insights to drive strategic decisionsStrong work ethic with integrity & high standards of excellenceTenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptabilityPersonable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude!About Fuze HR SolutionsFuze HR Solutions Inc. is proud to be a 100% Canadian-owned company, serving the recruitment and staffing industry since 2006.
