Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Director for our B2B corporate/enterprise segment. This role is crucial for driving new business from importers, exporters, software companies, logistics providers, shipping firms, and new economy businesses such as marketplaces with cross-border payment needs. Given the pivotal stage of our growth and ambitious expansion plans, this position offers a unique opportunity for anyone looking to advance their sales career in the fintech payments sector. The compensation structure includes a fixed salary and substantial variable component to reward performance effectively.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue business prospects to meet assigned sales targets.Expand the share of wallet from existing clients.Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.Cultivate strong client relationships; engage and influence key decision-makers to deepen connections and generate referrals.Requirements:5-15 years of relevant experience in cross-border payments or Transaction Banking or sales targeting the MSME segment.A Candidate with relevant experience and a ready book of customers is preferredA degree or professional qualification from a recognized university is preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Characteristics: persistent, reliable, coachable, and possessing high integrity.Ability to thrive under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.Candidate should be either Citizen or PRJoin us at SingX to be part of an innovative team that is shaping the future of cross-border payments!About SingXSingX is an established Neo-Bank, headquartered in Singapore.
