This role oversees day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support team performance and organizational growth. The Director will streamline and improve business processes, manage cross-functional programs and projects, and coordinate with departments such as marketing, ticketing, and partnerships to ensure operational alignment. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing business data, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring compliance with league and regulatory requirements. The role also involves leading operational staff, building efficient workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the overall fan and stakeholder experience.Qualifications Strong Business Operations and Program Management skills to lead day-to-day operations and cross-functional initiatives.Business Process Improvement experience to design, optimize, and document efficient workflows and operational procedures.Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Finance knowledge to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for a sports organization.Experience in sports, entertainment, or related industries is beneficial.Proven leadership and people management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural and cross-border environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
