The client is a globally renowned operator and the name is shared in confidence at first conversation.THE PROJECTA large-scale resort built to Forbes Five-Star standards for an ultra-high-net-worth and VIP clientele, with an extensive suite and villa inventory, private access areas, a wide collection of restaurants and bars, a theatre, nightlife and a five-star spa. This is a pre-opening role: you join ahead of launch and build the function from the ground up.THE ROLEYou will set the service philosophy for butler services, design the standards and operating procedures, recruit and train a large butler team, and integrate the department with VIP Services, Housekeeping, Engineering and the private gaming and entertainment areas so that the guest journey is seamless from pre-arrival to post-departure.
