We are seeking a driven and dynamic Director of Capital Formation to lead and expand our relationships within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and family office community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead RIA Engagement: Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships with RIAs and family offices across the U.S.Raise Capital: Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, articulating the unique value of Citizen Mint’s offerings.Private Markets Expertise: Communicate investment structures and strategies across real estate, private credit, and infrastructure with clarity and confidence.Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with the investment and marketing teams to shape messaging, optimize outreach, and tailor opportunities to advisor needs.Hustle with Intention: Operate with urgency, persistence, and creativity — whether building pipelines, setting meetings, or educating advisors on new offerings.
