Director of Competencies & Performance Evaluation

The Director of Competencies and Performance Evaluation will lead and oversee the department's activities, policies, strategies, and performance management initiatives. The role is responsible for strengthening employee performance, competency development, professional development, succession planning, and continuous improvement across the organization.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the department and its organizational units, ensuring effective performance and clear responsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies and procedures related to employee performance managementDevelop strategic and operational plans, performance indicators, KPIs, and quality measuresDesign and implement effective performance evaluation frameworks and systemsDevelop competency and performance assessment criteria to support continuous improvementIdentify high-potential employees and develop talent, professional development, and succession plansLead strategies for evaluating and improving the performance of school staff and educational professionalsAnalyze performance data to identify strengths, gaps, and development requirementsDevelop performance improvement plans based on employee assessment resultsLead departmental procedures, work methods, performance indicators, and quality standardsMonitor and improve administrative processes, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and service deliveryEstablish and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersLead change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvementDevelop team-building and continuous learning initiatives to maintain high standards of departmental performancePrepare reports and recommendations for senior managementPerform other duties related to the department as assigned by senior leadershipMinimum Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification:Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business AdministrationMinimum Experience:Bachelor's degree: 10 yearsMaster's degree: 7 yearsDoctorate: 4 years
