قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Director, Procurement will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a large, multi-category corporate spend portfolio within a national consumer services organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, delivering measurable cost savings and EBITDA improvement, and building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and strategic suppliers. The Director will also play a key role in establishing and enhancing procurement processes, governance, technology, and team capabilities as the organization continues to build its procurement function as a strategic enterprise resource.Key Responsibilities• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across corporate and indirect spend categories, including Marketing, Professional Services, HR/Benefits, Finance & Legal, Contingent Workforce, and other enterprise-level categories.• Develop and execute category strategies, competitive sourcing events, RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract award recommendations.• Identify opportunities for spend elimination, spend reduction, specification optimization, standardization, and other demand management strategies.• Develop and maintain multi-year category management roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and savings objectives.• Analyze spend data, market intelligence, supplier information, and pricing benchmarks to identify and quantify sourcing opportunities.• Own the corporate procurement savings pipeline from opportunity identification through contracting, implementation, and Finance validation.• Deliver measurable and sustainable savings across a significant addressable spend portfolio while maintaining quality, service, risk, and business continuity requirements.• Develop Finance-grade reporting related to savings achievement, pipeline status, initiative milestones, and delivery confidence.• Establish and maintain standardized savings tracking methodologies in partnership with Finance and FP&A.• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and business leadership.• Manage strategic supplier relationships and lead supplier business reviews and performance management activities.• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure sourcing decisions support operational and strategic objectives.• Partner with procurement leadership to establish sourcing processes, templates, governance, policies, and operating standards.• Support the selection and implementation of procurement technology, including spend analytics, eSourcing, contract lifecycle management, and project tracking solutions.• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead procurement professionals as the function expands.• Present sourcing strategies, savings initiatives, supplier recommendations, and procurement results to senior leadership.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Procurement, or a related field required.• MBA or advanced degree preferred.• Minimum of 12 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior procurement or strategic sourcing leadership role.• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex indirect spend portfolios.• Proven track record of delivering realized and Finance-validated savings with measurable EBITDA impact.• Experience developing and implementing strategic sourcing and category management programs.• Experience supporting or leading the transformation or build-out of a procurement function.• Demonstrated experience operating effectively with executive-level stakeholders.Special Requirements• CPM, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification is preferred.• Experience with complex commercial agreements and supplier negotiations is required.• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, FP&A, Legal, Human Resources, and other senior business stakeholders.• Ability to manage confidential financial, supplier, contractual, and business information.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and category management.• Strong understanding of indirect procurement categories, including Professional Services, Marketing, HR/Benefits, Finance & Legal, and Contingent Workforce.• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases, model total cost of ownership, and translate procurement savings into EBITDA impact.• Strong spend analytics capabilities and experience using spend data to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities.• Knowledge of supplier markets, pricing benchmarks, industry cost drivers, and commercial trends.• Strong contract management knowledge, including contract review, redlining, negotiation, and management of complex multi-year agreements.• Experience with eSourcing, spend analytics, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and procurement project tracking technologies.• Strong savings pipeline management and project management skills.• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and supplier relationship management skills.• Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex procurement concepts and financial results to senior leadership.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level and board-ready materials.• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accountability for results.• Strong leadership and team
