You’re passionate about food, service, and enhancing the lives of others through meaningful dining experiences.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee the overall operation of the Culinary Department, ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and serviceLead and inspire a team of culinary professionals through coaching, training, and performance managementCollaborate with other departments to support resident wellness and engagement through diningEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesMay require flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs
Qualifications
