Director of Development & Acquisitions (Hotels)

We are currently looking for a Director of Development & Acquisitions (Hotels) for one of our Esteemed Hospitality clients in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify hotel acquisition, master lease & management contract opportunitiesBuild relationships with hotel owners, developers & key stakeholdersLead feasibility studies, financial modelling & deal structuringNegotiate and close hotel deals, leases & management contractsManage the hospitality development pipelineSupport hotel portfolio expansion across Makkah and other strategic locations🔹 RequirementsStrong hospitality/hotel operations background with experience in Business Development, Expansion, Acquisitions or Asset ManagementProven experience in hotel development, acquisitions or franchise expansionTrack record of sourcing and closing hotel/property dealsStrong understanding of feasibility studies and financial modellingEstablished network within the Saudi/GCC hospitality sectorMakkah hospitality market experience is preferredFluent Arabic & EnglishBachelors Degree
