Development Director – Luxury HospitalityWe are supporting a major developer with the appointment of a Development Director to lead the delivery of a high-profile luxury hospitality development.We are looking for an experienced development professional with a strong track record deliveringluxury hotels and resorts from concept through to completion.The successful candidate will ideally bring:• Extensive luxury hotel and resort development experience• Experience delivering island, coastal or destination resorts highly desirable• Strong architecture, design or design management background• Full development lifecycle experience, from feasibility and concept design through construction, handover and opening• Experience managing international hotel operators, architects, consultants and contractors• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design standards and guest experience• Experience delivering complex, design-led hospitality projects• Middle East experience beneficial but not essentialThis is a senior leadership opportunity working on a unique destination development with a significant focus on design quality, luxury hospitality and placemaking.
