قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجDirector of DevelopmentBoxing Out Negativity (BON) seeks a full-time Director of Development to lead theorganization’s fundraising, partnership development, and community engagement efforts.The Director of Development reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsiblefor designing and implementing BON’s comprehensive development strategy. This includesannual fundraising campaigns, corporate and foundation partnerships, grant writing andmanagement, donor stewardship and cultivation, special events, and communityengagement initiatives.As a member of the leadership team, the Director works closely with staff, board members,community partners, and stakeholders to advance BON’s mission of empowering youth andcommunities through boxing, mentorship, education, and workforce developmentprogramming.Key Responsibilities:Fundraising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate annual fundraising initiatives,including individual giving campaigns, corporate sponsorships, major gifts, grant funding,peer-to-peer fundraising, and future capital or expansion campaigns. Ensure fundraisingefforts align with BON’s mission, strategic goals, and community impact priorities.Grant Writing and Management: Research, prepare, and submit compelling grantproposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Manage grant reportingrequirements and maintain compliance with funding guidelines. Collaborate with programstaff to gather outcomes, data, and impact stories that strengthen proposals and reports.Donor Stewardship and Cultivation: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospectiveand existing donors. Develop communication and stewardship strategies that effectivelycommunicate BON’s mission, impact, and success stories. Collaborate on donor-facingmaterials, sponsorship decks, annual reports, and campaign messaging to increase visibilityand engagement.Event Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of fundraising and community events,including annual galas, boxing showcases, youth showcases, community activations, andpartnership events. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maximizeattendance, sponsorship participation, donor engagement, and community impact.Partnership Development: Expand and strengthen relationships with corporate sponsors,schools, government agencies, athletic organizations, and community-based partners.Develop strategic partnerships that support BON’s youth development, workforcedevelopment, and violence prevention initiatives.Data Management and Reporting: Oversee donor and fundraising data managementsystems to ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and donor tracking. Preparefundraising reports, board updates, campaign summaries, and impact reports that supportstrategic decision-making and transparency.Team Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and support to development staff, interns,volunteers, and consultants as applicable. Foster a collaborative and mission-driven culturewhile ensuring fundraising goals, deadlines, and organizational priorities are met.Other Duties: Represent BON at community meetings, networking events, conferences, andfundraising opportunities. Support organizational initiatives and special projects asassigned by leadership.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or fundraising certifications preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, partnershipmanagement, or related leadership roles.• Proven track record of securing grants, sponsorships, and donor support.• Experience managing fundraising campaigns and donor relationships.• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities simultaneously.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Familiarity with donor management software, CRM systems, and fundraising analytics.• Passion for youth development, community empowerment, and social impact initiatives.• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and communityengagement activities.• Experience working within nonprofit, education, sports-based youth development, orcommunity organizations preferred.Salary Range: 90k-100k Equal Opportunity StatementBoxing Out Negativity is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating aninclusive environment for all employees and participants.
