You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to identify, cultivate, and secure new major donors, corporate partners, and foundation supporters, creating the pipeline that will fuel ICRF's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, maintain, and grow prospective major donors ($25K+).Build a robust prospect pipeline through networking, referrals, local events, and outreach. Lead the full cycle of relationship development, including first intoduction through cultivation, solicitation, close, and stewardship. Serve as an ambassador for ICRF’s mission.Drive fundraising plans to meet revenue goals.Identify new donor communities.Create and support events that generate engagement and revenue.What We’re Looking For7+ years of fundraising experienceProven success securing 5- and 6-figure giftsStrong ability to move donors from cultivation to closeExperience within the Jewish philanthropic community (preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsCRM + Microsoft Office proficiencyCompensation & Benefits$125K–$140K Generous PTO Full benefits 403(b) with matchApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter to: resumes@icrfonline.org
