Location: East Coast, United States – RemoteTravel: 50%Focus: Education / Private SchoolsSalary: Competitive Base + Performance IncentivesR2P Innovations is looking for an accomplished Philanthropic Leader to secure donor funding for security projects across the Education sector, with a particular focus on private schools across the East Coast.We need someone with an established network and a proven ability to engage high-net-worth families, major individual donors, family offices and philanthropic foundations capable of directly funding projects.The Role:Identify and secure donors for security projects across Education and private schools.Leverage existing relationships to create warm introductions and accelerate opportunities.Engage HNW families, major donors, family offices and foundations.Confidently present projects and make significant funding asks.Take opportunities from initial introduction through to committed funding.Develop donors capable of supporting multiple schools and projects.Build and maintain a measurable pipeline of active donor opportunities.The Person:5+ years of experience within philanthropy, major gifts, advancement or donor relations.Must have personally secured and closed millions of dollars in philanthropic donations.Proven track record of closing six and seven-figure individual gifts.Strong experience across Education and/or the private school sector.Established East Coast network of HNW individuals, families and major donors.Confident engaging sophisticated donors and making significant asks.Able to originate opportunities through their own relationships and network.Highly accountable, entrepreneurial and driven by results.A genuine bias for action and ability to move opportunities forward quickly.This is not a traditional fundraising role.
