There is currently no development department, CRM, annual fund, or major gifts program. What You'll Do
Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategyBuild annual giving and major gifts programsIdentify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donorsImplement and manage a donor CRMEstablish development policies, processes, and reporting metricsCreate donor communications and engagement initiativesBuild relationships with physicians, community leaders, foundations, and philanthropistsPlan quarterly donor events featuring clinic leadership and physiciansPartner with the CEO and Board to advance the organization's mission and growthWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of fundraising or development leadership experienceProven success with major gifts and donor relationship managementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working with executives, boards, donors, and community leadersEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and programs from scratchStrategic thinker who is also willing to executePassion for expanding access to quality healthcareHealthcare fundraising experience is helpful but not required.
