Director of Development - Hospitality Location: Riyadh, KSA(Experience in leading Maldives luxury projects is a must)Key Accountabilities:Lead the planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Oversee the entire project life cycle, from site selection and acquisition to construction and delivery.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective project delivery.Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential development opportunities.Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the development team.Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.Contribute to the development of the company's overall real estate development strategy.Identify and assess new development opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, architects, and other partners.Represent the company in negotiations and discussions related to development projects.Stay informed about local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate market.Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions on project viability. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
