The Role Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategies across key international markets.Lead digital channel strategies across all regions and to drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through a data-driven approach.Identify market opportunities and optimize channel investments to maximize revenue and ROI.Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.Translate the brand's heritage, values, craftsmanship, and unique identity into compelling digital campaigns for international audiences.Collaborate with creative, content, and regional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.Define KPIs and success metrics across e-commerce, paid media, CRM, social media, and search.Monitor and report on traffic, conversion, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, customer lifetime value, and retention metrics. Your Profile Bachelor degree holder10 years of digital marketing experience from MNCProven track record of e-commerce, digital marketing success ideally from 0 to 1Entrepreneurial mindset.
