Location: Remote USA – Minnesota, Indiana, Florida or Arizona preferredSalary: Circa $180,000 USDTravel: Less than 10%Employment: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the OpportunityYourCode Recruitment Group is supporting an established professional services and technology consulting organisation in its search for a Director of Digital Project Management.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Management Director, Consulting Delivery Director or Digital Transformation Leader who can combine strong people leadership with mature project management expertise and client-facing consulting experience.Our client is investing in its digital consulting capabilities and is looking for someone to lead an established project management team, strengthen delivery frameworks and help develop project management as a broader consulting service.You'll have the opportunity to influence delivery strategy, mentor a growing team and support complex digital transformation programmes across a diverse client base.What You'll Be DoingLead, coach and develop a team of project managers and consulting delivery professionals.Establish and improve project management governance, delivery methodologies and operational standards.Oversee complex digital transformation and technology consulting engagements.Manage delivery performance across budgets, resources, timelines, risk and client outcomes.Partner with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution and business value.Support pre-sales, consulting scoping, proposals and service offering development.Help establish project management consulting as a standalone client offering.Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and team capabilities.Collaborate with technical and consulting teams delivering Data & AI, Business Intelligence, Software and Digital Transformation projects.What We're Looking For7+ years of relevant project management or consulting experience, ideally 10+ years.Proven leadership experience managing project managers, programme managers or consulting delivery teams.Background in management consulting, technology consulting, professional services or digital transformation.Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.Experience establishing mature delivery frameworks, governance and project management standards.Demonstrable experience delivering complex client-facing technology projects.Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, forecasting, resource management and project profitability.Excellent executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills.Experience using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar delivery tools.Particularly Interested in Candidates WithExperience at a Big Four, major management consulting or technology consulting organisation.Experience developing consulting offerings, supporting pre-sales or contributing to business growth.Exposure to Data & AI, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Power BI, Cybersecurity or Software Implementation.Consulting experience within Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Education or Non-Profit sectors.PMP, PMI, Agile or Scrum certifications.What's on Offer?Competitive salary around $180,000 USD, dependent on experience.Predominantly remote working with less than 10% travel.Opportunity to lead and grow an established project management team.Significant influence over consulting delivery standards and service development.Exposure to varied digital transformation and emerging technology programmes.Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a developing consulting capability.Interested?If you're an experienced Project Management Director or Consulting Delivery Leader looking to take ownership of a growing function and shape how digital consulting services are delivered, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today through YourCode Recruitment Group for a confidential discussion.Director of Digital Project Management | Technology Consulting
