This individual serves as a key member of the campus leadership team and works closely with faculty, student services, admissions, and career services to ensure exceptional educational outcomes.Schedule Requirement: Must be flexible with shift hours due to position responsibilities, including a minimum of two evenings per week, with additional hours as needed.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight of academic programs, curriculum, instructional staff, and educational operationsRecruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate faculty membersEnsure curriculum and instructional delivery meet institutional, industry, accreditation, and regulatory standardsOversee curriculum enhancements, program updates, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor student attendance, academic progress, retention, graduation, and satisfaction metricsLead student success and retention efforts, including intervention planning and academic recovery initiativesCollaborate with Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, and academic leadership to support student outcomesOversee academic policies related to grading, attendance, satisfactory academic progress, academic standing, and student conductManage instructional schedules, staffing plans, classroom utilization, and faculty coverageSupport accreditation activities, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance reportingAnalyze academic and student performance data to identify trends and improve outcomesParticipate in student engagement activities, orientations, graduations, recognition events, and advisory committee meetingsRepresent the institution within the academic and professional communityQualificationsRequiredAssociate degree, post-secondary diploma/certificate equivalent, or higherMinimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experienceMinimum of 3 years of teaching experienceKnowledge of academic policies, instructional best practices, and student progress monitoringExperience supporting accreditation, compliance, or regulatory requirementsStrong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and Microsoft Office applicationsPreferredBachelor's degreeExperience within career-focused, technical, vocational, workforce development, or trade school educationCurriculum design and program development experienceExperience supporting accreditation reviews, audits, or institutional compliance initiativesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $68,000 - $83,000Full-time leadership opportunityCareer advancement potentialCollaborative and mission-driven cultureOpportunity to positively impact student achievement and workforce readinessInterested in hearing more?
