Part instructional leader, part creative visionary, this role exists to make sure every classroom — Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic alike — is a place where children are genuinely engaged, not just taught. You'll coach our teachers, track every student's growth, and be the public face of what makes ILIM different. If you can see the light in education and know how to find the win in every classroom, we want to meet you.WHAT YOU'LL OWN• Coach teachers in our core pedagogies — differentiation, language immersion, and project-based learning — or source and manage outside trainers to build coaching plans.• Own all student assessments and maintain files tracking academic success and classroom engagement.• Understand child cognitive and developmental needs; provide intervention resources and guidance to families and teachers.• Execute curriculum and oversee activity/lesson plan alignment• Participate in weekly planning meeting with teachers and plan 1:1 • Track classroom environment and teaching methods used • Ensure faithful, high-quality execution of curriculum across a multi-language classroom environment.• Be regularly present in classrooms — observing teachers and students, celebrating what's working, and flagging anything that could harm the learning environment.• Communicate directly with parents and lead parent-teacher conferences.• Partner closely with the Senior Director of School / Dean of Parents.• Maintain clear, ongoing tracking of every student's progress.• Plan curriculum nights, host school tours, represent ILIM at events, and be a visible, energizing face of our educational model — including leading public workshops for parents.• Manage field trips and out-of-classroom activities that enrich the learning environment.• Attend conferences and take on international travel opportunities as they arise.WHO YOU ARE• A highly articulate communicator, equally comfortable in a classroom, a parent conference, or on stage hosting a workshop.• An educator who sees curriculum as a creative act — engaging and joyful, never rote.• Experienced in coaching or evaluating teachers against a defined pedagogical framework.• Fluent in child development and comfortable designing or directing intervention support.• Organized enough to run assessments, files, and progress tracking for an entire student body.• Excited to train under ILIM's pedagogy and grow — this role has a clear path to Senior Director.What you have Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)3–5+ years in instructional coaching, curriculum leadership, or school administrationTraining or certification in Montessori and/or language immersion pedagogy preferredExperience managing student assessment systems and progress-tracking filesTrack record of public speaking or leading workshopsBilingual or multilingual (Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic) a strong plusSalary range $55k-65K + Benefits
