The school is committed to continuous improvement, professional growth, and maintaining high educational standards.Role Description The Director of Elementary is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at Crescent View Academy in Aurora, CO. This role oversees the daily operations of the elementary division, including instructional programs, student services, and staff supervision. The Director supports teachers through coaching, classroom observations, and professional development to ensure effective teaching practices and positive student outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum, monitoring assessment data, and aligning elementary initiatives with the school’s mission and values. The Director also manages student and family communications, addresses behavioral and academic concerns, collaborates with other administrators on school-wide policies, and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in elementary education, including staff supervision, instructional coaching, and school operations management.Strong skills in curriculum planning, assessment, and data-informed decision-making to support student achievement and program improvement.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with students, families, educators, and community partners.Proven capability in fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-based school culture aligned with the mission of a faith-based institution.Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent experience); relevant state administrative or teaching licensure preferred.Experience with PK–6 or elementary-level programming, child development, and best practices in classroom management and student support.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment.Commitment to professional growth, ethical practice, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students.
