The Director of Enterprise Solutions provides leadership for the vision, design, and oversight of enterprise technology platforms across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that business applications and platform capabilities are standardized, scalable, and aligned with broader enterprise technology objectives.The Director will oversee the lifecycle of critical enterprise solutions, including SAP, MES, and other core business systems. This leader will drive technology modernization initiatives, optimize the enterprise application portfolio, reduce technical complexity, and enable integrated, data-driven business operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for enterprise technology platforms and business applications.Oversee enterprise solutions including SAP, MES, PLM, and other core business systems.Drive large-scale transformation programs and technology modernization initiatives.Ensure enterprise platforms are standardized, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.Lead enterprise architecture and systems integration strategies.Partner with Regional IT leaders to support platform governance, deployment, and long-term value realization.Optimize the application portfolio and reduce technical complexity across the organization.Support global process alignment and enterprise-wide solution adoption.Enable integrated business operations through technology and data-driven decision-making.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of IT leadership experience.Experience supporting manufacturing environments and global enterprises.Demonstrated leadership experience with SAP, MES, and platform strategy.Strong enterprise architecture and systems integration expertise.Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.PLM implementation experience with global process alignment.Understanding of both shop floor operations and business processes.Ability to travel globally up to 50%.Compensation$175,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
