Indian companies, businesses, projects, and asset-backed opportunities.The Dubai team will focus on developing international investor relationships, arranging capital, structuring investment opportunities, and coordinating cross-border investment partnerships for qualifying Indian projects.Role DescriptionDirector – Fund Arranger & International FundraisingBLACKBULL is seeking an experienced Director – Fund Arranger based in Dubai who can independently develop international financial relationships and successfully arrange capital for qualifying Indian projects.This is a performance-driven, hybrid, project-based leadership position for an individual with a demonstrable track record in fundraising, project finance, investment structuring, private capital, institutional finance, or asset-backed financing.The selected professional will be responsible for building a Dubai-based international fundraising network and connecting qualifying Indian projects with appropriate sources of capital.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with international investors, family offices, private equity funds, private credit funds, financial institutions, strategic investors, and other legitimate sources of capital.- Identify and arrange suitable equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, and asset-backed funding for qualifying Indian companies and projects.- Develop international collaboration and co-investment relationships between Dubai-based investors and Indian businesses.- Evaluate Indian projects, companies, properties, and business assets for potential financing opportunities.- Structure funding proposals based on project fundamentals, asset value, cash flows, repayment capacity, and investor requirements.- Where legally and commercially viable, develop structures involving equity participation, interest-bearing financing, profit sharing, revenue sharing, or other mutually agreed investment returns.- Coordinate with Indian promoters, project owners, legal advisors, financial advisors, valuers, auditors, and compliance professionals.- Develop investor presentations, information memorandums, financial proposals, transaction structures, and funding strategies.- Establish a systematic Dubai-based framework for international capital mobilisation into qualifying Indian opportunities.- Coordinate project-level reporting, financial monitoring, and investor communication from Dubai.- Support appropriate financial controls, escrow arrangements, reporting mechanisms, and cash-flow monitoring in accordance with applicable Indian and UAE laws and transaction documentation.- Build a sustainable pipeline of Indian projects requiring institutional or private capital.- Take responsibility for agreed fundraising mandates and deliver transactions within mutually agreed timelines.Asset-Backed Fundraising FocusThe professional should have practical expertise in arranging finance against qualifying Indian properties, businesses, receivables, operating assets, and other permissible security/collateral.BLACKBULL may consider transactions where financing is structured against an appropriate percentage of independently assessed asset value, subject to:- Legal ownership and title verification- Independent valuation- Existing encumbrances and liabilities- Cash-flow assessment- Borrower/project creditworthiness- Applicable RBI, FEMA, SEBI, banking, NBFC, taxation, AML/KYC, and other regulatory requirements- Investor and lender risk parametersAny proposed loan-to-value or funding percentage will be determined on a transaction-by-transaction basis and will not constitute a guaranteed financing level.Dubai–India Investment CollaborationThe Director will contribute to developing a compliant Dubai–India investment and project-finance collaboration framework, with Dubai serving as an international relationship and capital-origination hub for qualifying Indian projects.The objective is to develop a repeatable platform through which international capital can be evaluated, structured, and deployed into suitable Indian businesses and projects while maintaining appropriate governance, reporting, compliance, and financial controls.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have:- 10+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, project finance, investment banking, private equity, structured finance, corporate finance, or alternative investment.- A proven track record of independently sourcing and closing fundraising or investment transactions.- Strong existing relationships with international investors, family offices, private equity/credit funds, banks, financial institutions, or strategic investors.- Strong understanding of Indian corporate finance and asset-backed funding.- Experience with cross-border investment and international financial structures.- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to independently originate opportunities and convert them into successfully funded transactions.- Strong understanding of UAE and Indian regulatory and compliance requirements.- Excellent
