Dubai-based international fundraising and capital-structuring platform focused on financing Indian businesses, projects, and asset-backed opportunities through structured investment, debt, equity, profit-sharing, and other commercially viable funding models.The Dubai platform will coordinate international capital while supporting financing opportunities secured against eligible Indian properties, business assets, receivables, cash flows, and other acceptable underlying assets, subject to independent valuation, due diligence, regulatory requirements, and transaction-specific Performance BenefitsBLACKBULL is seeking an experienced Fundraising Director capable of independently developing and executing funding transactions for Indian companies and projects from its Dubai platform.The primary objective is to build and manage a reliable investor and lender network capable of arranging capital for qualified Indian businesses against eligible Indian properties and other assets, with transaction structures potentially targeting financing of up to approximately 40% of independently established asset value, subject to due diligence, valuation, legal enforceability, lender/investor appetite, and applicable regulations.The successful candidate must be execution-oriented and capable of converting qualified opportunities into actual funding transactions within agreed timelines—not merely generating investor leads.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a strong network of international and UAE-based investors, lenders, private credit funds, family offices, financial institutions, and strategic capital providers.- Source and evaluate fundraising opportunities from Indian companies and project owners.- Structure financing against eligible Indian real estate, business assets, receivables, cash flows, and other acceptable security or collateral.- Develop appropriate commercial structures involving interest, fixed return, equity participation, profit sharing, revenue sharing, or hybrid financing, depending on transaction requirements and applicable law.- Lead the complete fundraising cycle from opportunity assessment and financial analysis through investor presentation, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and financial close.- Coordinate with Indian legal, financial, valuation, compliance, and transaction teams.- Establish Dubai-based capital relationships for recurring deployment into qualified Indian projects.- Develop mechanisms for transparent monitoring of funded projects, business cash flows, reserves, repayment obligations, and investor returns.- Support the development of UAE–India PPP and strategic investment collaborations, where legally and commercially appropriate.- Build a scalable pipeline of Indian asset-backed and cash-flow-backed investment opportunities.- Report directly to BLACKBULL leadership on fundraising pipeline, investor commitments, transaction status, and closures.Candidate Requirements- 10+ years of demonstrable experience in fundraising, investment banking, project finance, structured finance, private credit, debt syndication, corporate finance, or investment advisory.- Proven ability to raise and close capital, preferably for Indian companies or asset-backed projects.- Established relationships with investors, lenders, family offices, private equity/credit funds, NBFCs, banks, or institutional capital providers.- Strong understanding of Indian corporate finance, asset valuation, security structures, cash-flow analysis, and project financing.- Ability to structure commercially viable investment proposals and negotiate terms with sophisticated investors.- Strong financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, and presentation skills.- Knowledge of UAE–India cross-border investment and regulatory considerations is strongly preferred.- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and execution capabilities.- Existing investor/capital network will be a significant advantage.Performance ExpectationsThis is not a lead-generation or business-development-only position.The selected Director will be expected to BLACKBULL.Important Transaction PrincipleAll proposed financing will remain subject to asset verification, independent valuation, financial and legal due diligence, investor/lender approval, applicable Indian and UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction-specific documentation.BLACKBULL does not guarantee funding solely on the basis of asset value. The Director's responsibility is to develop viable structures and secure appropriate capital from qualified funding sources.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an established fundraising and structured-finance professional based in or willing to operate from Dubai, with a genuine investor/lender network and a demonstrated ability to close transactions involving Indian businesses, assets, and project cash flows.If you cannot demonstrate a practical ability to arrange and close fundraising transactions within agreed timelines, this position may not be suitable.
