Salary + Performance Incentives + Potential Equity, subject to agreed milestones and performanceCOMPANY OVERVIEWBLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate legal and LegalTech organization working in coordination with the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an international platform connecting legal management, investment structuring, asset management, project finance, banking relationships, and institutional capital.BLACKBULL is expanding its financial and investment network between India, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on developing new Indian projects, international capital partnerships, asset-backed financing structures, and new banking and financial channels.The organization is now seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising who can build institutional relationships in Riyadh and the UAE and lead capital-raising activities for BLACKBULL's new India-focused projects.ROLE PURPOSEThe Director of Fundraising will take a senior leadership role in developing BLACKBULL's fundraising and institutional finance strategy across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.The position requires an individual who understands the complete relationship between:Fundraising | Banking | Project Finance | Bank Credit | Asset Management | Asset-Backed Finance | Institutional Investment | Private Credit | Equity Capital | Cross-Border InvestmentThe successful candidate must understand how to convert a pre-revenue project into an institutionally presentable investment proposition, including financial modelling, project valuation, asset assessment, capital requirements, investor economics, security structures, risk mitigation, governance, and exit strategy.This is not primarily a networking, sales, or advisory position. The Director will be expected to originate investor relationships and actively progress fundraising mandates toward transaction execution.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Fundraising will be responsible for:- Developing institutional fundraising channels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC market.- Building relationships with family offices, investment companies, banks, private credit funds, asset managers, institutional investors, strategic investors, and other qualified capital providers.- Raising capital for new and developing projects in India.- Developing debt, equity, private credit, strategic investment, co-investment, and structured-finance options.- Identifying appropriate financing structures for pre-revenue projects.- Developing asset-backed and cash-flow-based financing strategies for Indian companies and projects.- Understanding bank-credit requirements and determining how projects can become bankable.- Coordinating investment proposals, financial models, valuations, due diligence, investor presentations, term sheets, and transaction documentation.- Negotiating with investors and financial institutions on commercial terms, investment structures, governance rights, security, and exit mechanisms.- Developing long-term relationships rather than relying exclusively on one-time fundraising transactions.NEW BANKING & FINANCIAL CHANNEL DEVELOPMENTA major component of this position will involve supporting BLACKBULL's strategy for developing new banking and financial channels for Indian projects.The Director should have sufficient banking knowledge to work with professional advisors and regulated institutions on:- Bank-credit structures- Corporate and project finance- Asset-backed financing- Private credit- Institutional lending- Acquisition finance- Working-capital structures- Escrow and controlled-account structures- Investment and asset-management partnerships- NBFC and regulated financial-sector collaborations- Cross-border capital structuresThe Director will also identify potential strategic investors, banking partners, asset managers, and financial institutions capable of participating in the development or capitalization of new regulated financial ventures.Any banking, NBFC, lending, deposit-taking, asset-management, or other regulated financial activity will remain subject to the required licences, regulatory approvals, and applicable Indian, Saudi Arabian, UAE, and cross-border regulations.PRE-REVENUE PROJECT FUNDRAISINGA key requirement is experience or strong practical knowledge of raising capital for pre-revenue and development-stage projects.BLACKBULL requires a professional who understands that pre-revenue fundraising cannot depend solely on historical revenue.The Director should be capable of developing an investment case around:Underlying Assets + Business Model + Market Opportunity + Existing Infrastructure + Intellectual Property + Professional Network + Projected Cash Flow + Governance + Risk Controls + Management Capability + Investor Exit StrategyThe candidate should be able to determine which projects are appropriate for equity investment, structured debt, private credit, strategic capital, asset-backed financing, or a combination of funding instruments.ASSET MANAGEMENT & CAPITAL STRATEGYThe Director should have strong knowledge of asset management and understand how business assets, property, contractual revenues, operating cash flows, investment portfolios, and other eligible assets may support fundraising or financing structures.Responsibilities will include evaluating:- Asset quality and valuation- Collateral suitability- Cash-flow generation- Debt-servicing capacity- Investment risk- Security coverage- Capital structure- Investor return models- Portfolio development- Exit and refinancing strategiesThe objective is to create a professionally managed pipeline of investment-ready Indian projects capable of being presented to qualified GCC and international capital providers.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEBLACKBULL is particularly interested in candidates with 10–15+ years of relevant experience across one or more of the following areas:Fundraising | Investment Banking | Corporate Banking | Project Finance | Asset Management | Private Equity | Private Credit | Structured Finance | Institutional Investment | Bank Credit | M&A | Family Office Investment | Cross-Border FinanceThe preferred candidate should have:- Strong relationships with investors or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or the broader GCC.- Demonstrable experience in fundraising or transaction execution.- Understanding of bank-credit assessment and project bankability.- Strong knowledge of asset management and investment structuring.- Experience dealing with institutional and sophisticated investors.- Ability to evaluate pre-revenue projects objectively.- Strong financial, commercial, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.- Experience coordinating due diligence and transaction closure.- Ability to communicate effectively with founders, banks, investors, lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors.- Understanding of Indian projects and GCC investment markets will be a significant advantage.PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSThis is an execution-oriented Director position.Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their previous fundraising experience, completed transactions, investor relationships, banking exposure, asset-management knowledge, and realistic ability to originate capital.Shortlisted candidates may be
