As we scale, we are investing in building digital product capabilities that expand our ability to generate qualified leads, enhance the customer journey, and support our concierge and sales teams.The RoleThe Director of Growth Marketing will lead and oversee all of the company’s marketing and growth initiatives, spanning brand, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven growth experimentation. This role will be responsible for developing long-term strategic marketing plans while also driving rapid testing and optimization across the entire customer acquisition and conversion funnel.This role will oversee creative and operational marketing efforts, including campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership, while implementing growth strategies designed to accelerate the expansion of Confirmed360’s client base and transaction volume.The Director of Growth Marketing will design, create, and deliver marketing programs that support Confirmed360’s concierge sales team and external partners, while also identifying scalable growth opportunities through experimentation, analytics, and emerging digital channels.The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing leadership with a growth hacker mindset—someone who thrives on rapid experimentation, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimization of customer acquisition, activation, and retention. This is a performance and growth-first role, where success is measured by measurable impact on pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue—not just brand awareness.ResponsibilitiesStrategic thinking and leadership to develop new ways to reach consumers, enable sales conversions, and grow the business, by collaborating across functional teams, including sales, business development/partnerships, finance and product development teams to develop and execute on impactful marketing tactics and campaigns.Own and drive key growth metrics, including qualified lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue contribution from marketing channels.Partner closely with concierge and sales teams to translate high-touch client relationships into scalable, repeatable acquisition and retention strategies.Develop and execute marketing strategies/campaigns including: CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS); Search Engine Optimization (SEO); Pay-per-Click (PPC) advertising; paid social media advertising; Social media marketing; Content marketing.Implement a growth experimentation framework focused on rapid testing across acquisition channels, landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels.Identify and execute scalable growth opportunities, including viral loops, referral programs, partnerships, and influencer-driven acquisition.Optimize the full customer lifecycle including acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.Design and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and transaction volume.Leverage best-in-class AI tools to ensure effective tactics, while balancing efficient spend.Manage external partner marketing commitments, ensuring all partnership assets are fully utilized and routinely analyzed to drive maximum efficacy, in collaboration with the business development team.Identify and analyze marketing metrics, KPIs (CAC, conversion, retention, repeat, LTV, etc.) and ROI to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing spend.Develop and execute content marketing strategies including: social, blogging, content capture, case studies.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, including logos, messaging and visual assets.Perform research and analyses with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s website including content creation, user experience and search engine optimization.Develop and manage annual marketing strategies, budgets and plans.Manage and mentor the marketing team, including the CRM Manager, Copywriter, and Creative Director, while fostering a culture of experimentation, creativity, accountability, and performance.Oversee marketing team members responsible for various segments or projects - fostering a culture of experimentation, creativity, and accountability.Continuously monitor and interpret market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform forward-looking growth strategies and investment decisionsWork well under pressure, flexibility, and meet deadlines.Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts (e.g., SPAM, private customer information).Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.8-10 years of experience in B2C and B2B Marketing.Experience managing marketing budgets and growth experimentation programs.Experience leading integrated marketing and growth campaigns in a sales-led organization for a premium/luxury brand, where lead generation and attribution measurement are keys to success.Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels including paid social, PPC/SEM, SEO, display advertising, and performance-driven digital campaigns.Strong understanding of growth marketing frameworks, funnel optimization, and experimentation methodologies.Proven ability to plan and lead cross-functional initiatives, with ability to collaborate effectively across functions/departments/teams, while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.Must have strong time management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Working knowledge of market research, surveys.Proficiency with content management systems, digital marketing tools.Preferred Skills And QualificationsExperience in the live entertainment, lifestyle concierge, premium consumer brand/hospitality industries.Previous experience with CRM systems (Klayvio, HubSpot), Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, marketing dashboards desired.Salary RangeThe salary range for this job is $150,000 to $170,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting.
