Director of Information Security

Position Intel: This position reports to the CISO and will manage a security team of two engineers. This position is still hands on so a candidate simply looking for a strategic role is not a fit. This is an ideal position for someone who is at a Mangar/Director level looking for somewhere they can stay hands on while working with the latest technology. There are a ton of exciting projects this person will be involved with on top of the typical operations and compliance aspects of the security department. This person should have a deep knowledge of SOC 2 and PCI- DSS, if they have FedRAMP this would be a bonus. They are heading toward FedRAMP in the next year. This is an organization with very mature tooling, process, and procedure. The area of opportunity is upskilling and mentoring the other junior to mid-level engineers.
