This role oversees all IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, and security, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity for internal users and supporting the company’s service delivery. The Director develops and executes IT strategy aligned with business goals, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and leads IT projects from planning through implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing IT staff, monitoring performance and uptime, managing risk and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and security posture. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, optimize technology investments, and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including leading cross-functional technology teams and overseeing enterprise systems.Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with experience aligning technology roadmaps to organizational objectives.In-depth knowledge of Network Security, including risk management, security frameworks, and incident response practices.Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable network and infrastructure solutions in a service-oriented environment.Leadership skills with experience in team development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology procurement processes.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.Experience in telecommunications, internet service providers, or related industries is beneficial.
