This onsite leader will oversee a small, close-knit team while building strong partnerships across the organization.This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, visible IT leader who understands that technology is about more than systems. This individual will work closely with physicians, clinical teams, and leadership to understand their needs, prioritize technology initiatives, and ensure IT supports the hospital's continued growth and patient care.Role Highlights:Onsite, community-focused opportunityLead IT strategy and operations & develop a multidisciplinary team of ~20 FTEsOversee IT governance, project prioritization, cybersecurity, analytics, and continued optimization of CernerSupport technology needs surrounding organizational growth, new clinical services, and revenue cycle optimizationWhat We’re Looking For:Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, project management or equivalentPrior healthcare or hospital IT experience6+ years Information Technology experience4+ years Project Management experiencePreferred: Master's degree, Information Technology certifications and/or Project Management certificationsExperience with Cerner EMRs.**This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who wants to become part of both the organization and the community.
