Director of Information Technology (IT)Location: Austin, TXSalary: $165,000 - $215,000 USDRecruitment Partner: Stelvio GroupStelvio Group is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Director of IT responsible for technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and IT operations.This leadership role will oversee the organization's technology environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services while partnering with business leaders to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap.Lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and end-user support.Oversee Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.Drive cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and incident response initiatives.Manage identity and access management, including MFA and role-based access controls.Lead vendor management, budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and technology planning.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives.Requirements7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibility.Proven success leading IT operations, infrastructure, and technology teams.Strong experience with:Microsoft 365Azure / Entra IDActive DirectoryWindows ServerIntuneExchange OnlineEndpoint Security & MFAExperience with cybersecurity, compliance (PCI/SOC), disaster recovery, and IT governance.Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and budgeting experience.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Why Apply?This is an opportunity to lead and shape the technology function of a growing organization, influencing strategic decisions while delivering secure, modern, and business-focused IT services.
