We're seeking a hands-on, strategic IT leader who can balance day-to-day operational support with long-term technology planning, data strategy, and cybersecurity oversight.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, leading technical teams, supporting end users, and leveraging data to drive smarter business decisions.🔹 Lead Horizon's IT function, including help desk operations and end-user support🔹 Build and develop a high-performing internal IT team🔹 Drive data engineering, reporting, business intelligence, and system integration initiatives🔹 Oversee technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships🔹 Support HIPAA compliance, data security, and business continuity planning🔹 Partner with operational and clinical leaders to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making🔹 Ensure consistent technology support across remote employees and multiple infusion center locationsWhat We're Looking For:✔️ Progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or another regulated industry✔️ Experience managing help desk operations, end-user support teams, and third-party vendors✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, networking, identity management, and endpoint management✔️ Experience with data engineering, reporting, business intelligence, and system integrations✔️ Working knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and information security best practices✔️ Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare technology environments✔️ Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills✔️ Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations✔️ Infusion experience preferred but not required✔️ Travel required as needed- EST homebase requiredIf you're a service-oriented technology leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, building strong relationships, and helping scale a high-growth healthcare organization, we'd love to connect.📩 Apply today.
