Internal Audit Director | RiyadhWe are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Director to lead and oversee the internal audit function, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and robust internal controls across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the internal audit strategy and annual audit plan.Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.Provide independent and objective assurance to senior management and key stakeholders.Identify control gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.Oversee audit engagements and ensure timely implementation of agreed recommendations.Develop and maintain internal audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.Lead and develop the internal audit team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or a related field.Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.10+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk, governance, or controls.Proven experience in a senior internal audit leadership role.Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, governance, and audit methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
