Director of IT Security

Position: Director of IT SecurityCompensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of IT Security to join their team!This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to shape enterprise security strategy, strengthen governance, and guide compliance initiatives across a complex global environment. In this role, you will help turn recent IT assessment findings into actionable improvements while supporting a confidential search for a critical working-leader position.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environmentsOversee CMMC, NIST, and other regulatory compliance initiativesMaintain SSPs, POA&Ms, policies, and audit evidence packagesDrive enterprise risk assessments and remediation planningManage security architecture, tools, and vulnerability programsDirect IAM, privileged access, and permission governanceStrengthen data protection, DLP, and secure collaboration practicesGuide incident response, monitoring, and resilience planningEvaluate third-party cybersecurity risk and supplier controlsDevelop policies, training, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or related IT fieldStrong background in cybersecurity leadership and governanceExperience with CMMC Level 2 and NIST frameworksKnowledge of compliance documentation and audit supportExperience managing enterprise risk and remediation effortsFamiliarity with security operations and incident responseExperience with IAM, access controls, and data protectionAbility to collaborate across IT, engineering, and operationsNice to Have Skills & Experience:CMMC certificationCybersecurity certificationsERP or MRP implementation experienceSAP implementation experienceITAR or defense-related experienceInternational business experienceExperience in aerospace or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, or Teams securityPerks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information:Confidential search with no public posting plannedReports into senior leadership Working leader role with a team of fiveFocus includes roadmap execution and assessment follow-throughPotential for future ERP-related initiativesCompensation includes bonus potential up to 20%If you are interested in learning more about the Director of IT Security opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
