The company empowers businesses to operate efficiently both locally and globally, while contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 through advanced logistics services.ResponsibilitiesOversee the legal affairs, governance, compliance, and risk management ofinternational subsidiaries. Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and the Board oninternational matters.Support the establishment, registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance ofinternational entities.Draft, review, negotiate, and manage domestic and international contracts,agreements, MOUs, and employment contracts.Manage domestic and international litigation, arbitration, disputes, and externallegal counsel.Protect and manage the company’s intellectual property rights worldwide. Monitor global legal and regulatory developments and implement riskmitigation measures. Manage relationships with international partners, government authorities, andregulatory bodies with regards to legal matters. Drive policy, procedure, and service improvements and ensure effectiveimplementation of Naqel agreements. Previous experience as a Board Secretary is preferred.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree's in Law; Master degree or equivalent is an advantage.Experience: Minimum 10 years of legal and compliance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Required Skills:Fluency in Arabic and EnglishTechnical Competencies:Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and international law.Expertise in compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, anti-bribery, sanctions).Ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory requirements.Skilled in contract negotiation, litigation management, and policy development.
