Set the cluster-wide market development strategy against ambitious growth targets, defining the opportunity in each country and the route to capture it, with direct ownership of the priority growth markets of SEAOpen new markets and channels. Build access, pricing and funding pathways that unlock new patient segments and accelerate therapy adoption, including private-sector and insurance-led growth initiatives.Turn access into revenue. Work alongside Country GMs and sales leaders to convert market wins into adoption, share and revenue, and stay hands-on from strategy through to delivery.Lead and influence across a matrix. Manage a team, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Communications.Bring a proven growth track record. You’ll have 15+ years in market development, business development, strategy or growth leadership, with demonstrable results in adoption, share or revenue and prior exposure to Southeast Asia.
