Director of Medical Centres

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical centres, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellenceDevelop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfactionMonitor financial performance, revenue generation, patient volumes, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all centresLead and support medical centre managers, ensuring effective workforce planning, staffing, performance management, and operational accountabilityIdentify opportunities for business growth, service expansion, and operational improvements in coordination with executive managementCollaborate with Medical, Nursing, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure effective coordination and service deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical centre management, or hospital administration, including significant leadership experienceExperience managing multiple medical centres or outpatient healthcare facilities is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, workforce planning, and performance improvementProven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and drive operational consistency across multiple locationsKnowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and operational requirements
